Search for State-owned land available for sale or exchange. Newly listed properties are first made available for sale by sealed bid auction.
To get information on all available properties, select the county name below, or use the "Search Criteria." Then click on the large, blue "Search Properties" button below.
To see only the properties that were in the recent auction, click on the gold Auction tab above. Eligible properties not sold in the auction have been re-listed for sale.

The DNR manages State-owned lands acquired through different sources.
 

Initially, properties are offered to governments and conservancies and are available for exchange before being offered for sale at auction. Properties not sold at auction may be re-listed for sale to any buyer at the auction minimum price. At its sole discretion the Department of Natural Resources may withdraw properties from sale or auction at any time prior to closing.

Land available to governments includes Class 2 properties with use restrictions that must remain open to the public. Mineral rights may not be available on some parcels. Surface rights may not be immediately available for parcels under mineral lease.
